Ghirardelli 60% cacao serves as the base for this dark chocolate fudge and makes for a rich and creamy fudge. Dark chocolate is Uncle Phil's favorite, so you know it's got to be awesome!  Sold in 1/4 pound pieces.

Ingredients:  Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), granulated cane sugar, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D3), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), potassium sorbate.
